We’re looking for an experienced Client Partner to join Snap Inc! You'll drive revenue by building and managing strategic partnerships with brands and agencies to help them expand their digital presence on Snapchat. You'll need great presentation skills, a proven record of managing senior relationships, the ability to manage many projects at once, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising world.
What you’ll do:
Identify, prioritise, and secure business opportunities across your assigned portfolio of clients and agencies.
Own a book of business and develop account strategies that unlock new opportunities, deepen relationships, and drive revenue growth for Snap.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client and agency stakeholders, serving as the business owner for each partnership.
Take a consultative approach by understanding clients’ business challenges, marketing priorities, and growth objectives, then translating them into effective media strategies.
Develop strategic recommendations that incorporate campaign goals, learning agendas, buying models, measurement approaches, and relevant Snapchat solutions.
Educate clients and agencies on Snapchat’s products, capabilities, and best practices, and clearly communicate product developments and opportunities.
Partner with internal and client cross-functional teams to structure and execute strategic and operational initiatives.
Define account plans and workstreams using internal and external data, market trends, client insights, and relevant case studies.
Balance priorities across innovation, learning agendas, client outcomes, and revenue delivery.
Lead senior client meetings, including planning agendas, coordinating the right participants, preparing compelling materials, and driving clear next steps.
Monitor account performance and develop metrics, reports, and recommendations that improve business results and account growth.
Deliver a high standard of sales and operational customer service while developing repeatable best practices for client engagement and account management.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Deep knowledge of social media, mobile applications, digital advertising, and mobile marketing.
Strong understanding of self-serve platforms and auction-based and biddable digital advertising models.
Proven ability to build and influence relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand client and agency business models, challenges, and opportunities.
Proven ability to win the support of key stakeholders and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales goals.
Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
Creative, strategic, and solutions-oriented approach to solving complex business challenges.
Ability to prioritise effectively and perform in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Collaborative, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, online advertising, account management, or a related client-facing commercial role.
Experience managing client or agency relationships and growing accounts through consultative selling.
Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Established relationships with senior marketing decision-makers across brands and agencies.
Experience building relationships across multiple levels of a client or agency organisation.
Experience with Snapchat advertising solutions or a comparable mobile, social, or digital advertising platform.
Experience leading executive presentations, business reviews, workshops, or other senior stakeholder engagements.
A passion for Snap, marketing, and building in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
