Junior Contract Administrator required for residential builder.

Flexible hours to suite university commitments - 3 or 4 days per week

This might suite someone in their final years of the Construction Management degree.

We are a smaller builder who specializes in the construction of high end residential homes.

We are looking for a Junior Contract Administrator to assist the Estimator and manager with the following tasks:

Supporting project manager and estimator with day-to-day delivery
Assisting with project documentation, including variations, RFIs, council permit application
Assisting with updating drawings and ensuring the latest revisions are maintained
Assisting with procurement and supplier/subcontractor follow-ups
Assisting with RFI tracking
Assisting with weekly site timesheet collection, checking, and recording for staffs and subcontractors
Taking site photos and maintaining project records
Providing general project coordination and administration support

The position would provide a very good introduction to the construction industry and an opportunity to get involved in all facets of the industry.

The work would mostly be in the office but will also include visits to site to liaise with the site manager and subcontractors

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $900.00 – $1,150.00 per week
