Contract role | First office role | Creative architecture studio | Sydney
Start your office career inside a creative design studio
A+ Design Group is an award-winning architecture and design studio in Sydney. We work on apartments, hotels and design-led projects, and we are looking for a friendly, reliable and curious person to join us on a short-term contract and help keep the studio moving each day.
You will help with admin, reception, meeting setup, errands, studio organisation, simple marketing support, and practical day-to-day support for the CEO and directors.
This entry-level role is designed for someone at the beginning of their career who has a great attitude, wants to learn, and is happy to jump in and help with a wide mix of tasks. The role will start as a short-term contract, with the opportunity to grow into a longer-term role, depending on business needs, performance and mutual fit.
Why it is a great first step
- Get real office experience in a creative architecture and design environment.
- Learn how a studio works behind the scenes: calls, meetings, presentations, projects and daily coordination.
- Work around architects, designers and directors, and see how ideas turn into real projects.
- Build useful skills for future roles in admin, office coordination, marketing, operations or the design industry.
- Be trained and guided by the team as you grow into the role.
