We're looking for exceptional Guest Experience Agents to join our pre-opening team, people who genuinely love hospitality and believe that every interaction is an opportunity to create something memorable.

From the moment a guest books with us until long after they've checked out, you'll be at the heart of delivering effortless, personalised and unforgettable experiences. You'll build genuine connections with every guest who walks through our doors, anticipating their needs, paying attention to the smallest details, and creating moments that feel thoughtful, authentic and uniquely Ovolo.

Your contagious enthusiasm, warm personality and passion for people will bring our lobby to life. Whether you're welcoming a first-time visitor, celebrating a special occasion, or assisting one of our most discerning guests, you'll deliver service with confidence, care and quiet anticipation, ensuring every stay is seamless, memorable and worthy of a return visit.

This is more than a Front Office role. It's about mastering the art of genuine hospitality. As part of our pre-opening team, you'll play an integral role in shaping the guest experience from day one and helping establish a new benchmark for luxury lifestyle hospitality.

From booking to check-out and beyond, as our Experience Service Agent, you’ll be responsible for delivering on our promise of providing effortless and effervescent experiences for our guests. Your contagious enthusiasm, teamed with your obsession with taking care of our guests, will fill our lobbies with fabulous, never boring, unconventional that’ll keep people coming back for more. We are not looking for traditional receptionists, but guest obsessed hosts who create exceptional experiences.
