About the Role

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Sydney office.

This is a hands-on, office-based role where you’ll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly while supporting our legal teams. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in legal support, with pathways into Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary roles.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be the central hub of the office, supporting both day-to-day operations and client service:

Client & Office Support

Answering and directing calls professionally
Greeting clients and preparing meeting rooms
Managing boardroom setup and reset

Office Coordination

Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Coordinating deliveries and collections within the CBD
Maintaining office, kitchen, and stationery supplies

Administrative & Legal Support

Filing (electronic and physical)
Scanning, printing, and archiving documents
Assisting with preparation of briefs to counsel and experts
Supporting the Legal Secretary team with administrative tasks

Team & Culture

Assisting with internal events and office functions
Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
Taking on additional responsibilities as you grow in the role

About You

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and enjoys being part of a team.

You will bring:

Previous experience in an administrative, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence communicating with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
