This is a full time, permanent site based role.
The Facade Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation and delivery of façade systems on construction projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications, relevant standards, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day façade installation activities on site, including curtain wall, window wall, cladding, and glazing systems
- Coordinate subcontractors, installers, and site labour to ensure efficient workflow and sequencing
- Review and interpret shop drawings, IFC drawings, and technical specifications prior to and during installation
- Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards (e.g. AS1288, AS2047, AS/NZS1170 where applicable) and project specifications
- Monitor installation quality, tolerances, and workmanship to ensure adherence to design intent and QA requirements
- Identify and proactively resolve site issues, clashes, and constructability challenges
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and builders to maintain alignment on program and technical matters
- Track installation progress and report against programme milestones
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
- Ensure strict compliance with WHS requirements, including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and risk assessments
- Manage material deliveries, storage, and handling to prevent damage or delays
- Assist with defect identification, rectification, and project handover processes
