What if your science degree could do more than write the same program for every client?

Most gyms hire trainers. We are hiring a scientist.

DISCLOSURE - if you're still studying, you are encouraged to apply. We have a long-term training and development programme for students who are about to graduate.

We are building something the industry has not caught up to yet. Coaching backed by real data, real assessment, and AI tools that turn guesswork into precision. Less guessing. More knowing.

If you want to be the smartest person on the floor and own the systems behind the results, keep reading.

This is not a normal trainer job.

THE ROLE

This is a HYBRID position. You wear two hats.

You COACH. You have your own client base and deliver paid one-on-one sessions.
You BUILD. You own the science layer: movement screening, health assessments, program design, and rehab pathways.

Think of it like this. A normal trainer is a chef following a recipe. You are the chef who writes the recipes AND cooks the meal.

You are the bridge between the lab and the gym floor.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Run movement and health assessments to find what the eye cannot see.
Design evidence-based programs for performance, longevity, and healthspan.
Deliver coaching sessions that get measurable results, not vibes.
Work with clients managing injury, chronic conditions, and long-term health goals.
Use our AI and data tools to personalize programs and track real progress.
Build the science systems that make our coaching impossible to copy.

You will not be bored. You will be challenged every single day.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required:

ESSA accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP). Strong Accredited Exercise Scientists (AES) will also be considered.
Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science. (or close to get one)
Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
The right to work in Australia.

Desirable:

A real interest in AI, data, and technology.
Strong communication. You can explain hard science in simple words.
