Arenco is seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Estimator to join our supportive and well-established team. This role is integral to the success of our tendering function, requiring not only first principles estimating capability but also support in the preparation of non-price tender documentation and construction methodologies.
To be considered for this role you will:

Have significant experience in Bridge and Civil Estimating

Ideally have experience in a site-based construction role
-
Have some 'hard dollar' estimating experience/exposure

Extensive experience in pricing from first principles a wide range of projects including Bridgework, Roadworks, Stormwater, Utilities, Structures, Subdivisions, Rail and Earthworks.
- Experience in the preparation of non-price tender docs.

Have excellent communication skills

Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Have top time management skills, in particular the ability to manage varying tasks and deadlines and organise your workload in a busy and diverse environment\

Have extensive experience in using project planning software Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6

Have a high level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office

Ideally have experience in Pronamics Expert Estimation
