About The Role:
Due to growth, we are looking for a Graduate Accountant to join our team. In this role you will complete all assigned accounting and administrative tasks accurately and within required timeframes. This includes responsibilities such as daily banking, creditors processing, debtors’ control, reconciliations, and general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the finance function.
Main responsibilities of the role include:

Vehicle sales processing and reporting

Daily banking and customer refunds/payouts

Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
-
Assisting the Financial Controller
-
Data entry and general administrative tasks
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Intermediate computer skills with MS Excel, Office, accounting software and databases

Tertiary qualification in accounting will be preferred
-
Demonstrate some knowledge in banking functions
-
High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
-
Strong communication and administration skills
-
A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
-
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
-
Dealership experience preferred but not essential
