We are looking for mature, experienced, well presented stylists who possess a great work ethic, genuinely connect with others, are passionate about being part of a team and are driven and energetic in what they do. All you need to bring is a great attitude, second to none passion and drive, and a love for our brand!

Rodd and Gunn is an international fashion brand that prides itself on its quality product, rich NZ heritage and company history currently in Myer, David Jones & Stand-Alone stores across Australia. We are a company that provides internal growth opportunities in a supportive and fun environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high level service and high turnover business. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service
Achieving sales & exceeding budgets
Preparation of inventory for sales floor and visual merchandising
Flexible Availability

Skills & Experience

Energetic and positive attitude
A proven retail background- men's fashion preferred
Working to KPIs and Targets
Ability to work efficiently within a team
Passionate about delivering world class customer service
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment & think on your feet
High standard of grooming and personal presentation
