About the role
We have an opportunity for an Assistant Manager to be part of our PULSE, Recover at Work Unit, Health, Safety & Wellbeing Command team. The role provides supervision, leadership, capability uplift and technical support to their team and supports the implementation of effective, best practice, strategic injury management with a focus on achieving positive outcomes in line with corporate strategic direction.

Give a detailed example of how you have utilised your subject-matter expertise in recover at work practices and workers compensation to guide and influence an employer through a complex injury management issue.

Provide a specific example of a time where you have had to review, plan and monitor resource allocation to effectively achieve the teams’ objectives, whilst considering team members capabilities and strengths. Outline the steps you took and what the outcome was.
