Jack Gray is looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in a full-time position.
We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, reliable and passionate about producing consistently high-quality food using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing your section during service
- Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
- Supporting daily kitchen operations and service
- Maintaining food quality, portion and presentation standards
- Assisting with stock control, ordering and wastage management
- Supporting menu development and seasonal changes
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation
- Working closely with the senior kitchen team and ownership
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Strong cooking and food preparation skills
- Ability to work confidently during busy services
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen procedures
- Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team
- Genuine interest in fresh produce and seasonal menus
- Full-time availability, including weekends as required
