About Us
Build Alpha Kids is dedicated to inspiring the next generation through fun, engaging, and development-focused multi-sport programs. We work with childcare centres, schools, and communities to promote physical activity, teamwork, and confidence in children.

The Role
Are you passionate about sports and eager to make a positive impact on children’s early development? We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sports Coach to deliver our multi-sport programs in childcare centres across Sydney.

In this role, you will:

Travel between multiple childcare centres during the day.
Lead interactive, age-appropriate sporting activities that encourage participation, teamwork, and physical skills.
Create a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all children.
Use your enthusiasm and creativity to inspire children to enjoy being active.
Represent Build Alpha Kids with professionalism and positivity.

We provide all necessary equipment and program materials — all you need is your passion, energy, and love for working with kids.

Requirements

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) – mandatory.
Proven past experience working with children in a sports, education, or coaching capacity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transport to travel between centres (travel allowance provided).
Energetic, positive, and committed to fostering an active lifestyle in children.

Desirable

Relevant qualifications in Sport, Fitness, Early Childhood Education, or Teaching.
First Aid & CPR certification.
