We are seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic Support Office team and play a key role in supporting our employees throughout their employment journey.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Workforce & People & Culture, you will provide accurate, timely and confidential support across a range of People & Culture functions, including:

Employee onboarding and offboarding

Employment contracts and employment changes
-
Compliance tracking and workforce records management

Recruitment administration
-
Casual workforce coordination and roster support

Return-to-work and workers compensation administration

Reporting and workforce data management
-
Supporting leaders and employees with day-to-day HR enquiries
You will work closely with operational leaders, recruitment, payroll and centre teams to ensure workforce processes are efficient, compliant and employee-focused.
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Workforce Coordination, Rostering, Administration or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with HR, payroll, rostering or recruitment systems
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A professional, confidential and service-focused approach
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Desirable Qualifications

Certificate, Diploma or tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Early Childhood Education or a related field

Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current driver's licence (desirable)
