We are a growing commercial shopfitting company delivering high-quality fit-outs across retail, hospitality, and commercial projects throughout Sydney. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Shopfitting Foreman to join our team.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who takes pride in delivering projects on time, maintaining high workmanship standards, and leading site teams effectively.
About the Role
As a Shopfitting Foreman, you will oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple projects, coordinating trades, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate shopfitting projects on site
- Lead trades, subcontractors, and installers
- Read and interpret construction/shop drawings
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to specification
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and site presentation
- Liaise with project managers, clients, suppliers, and contractors
- Conduct site inspections and manage WHS compliance
- Organise materials, deliveries, and site logistics
- Troubleshoot site issues and provide practical solutions
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Shopfitting Foreman or Leading Hand
- Strong background in food & beverage or retail fit-outs
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read plans and manage site workflows
- Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and WHS requirements
- White Card (essential)
- Driver’s licence (essential)
- Trade qualification in carpentry/joinery/shopfitting (preferred)

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
