About the Role
Searchbar is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support our growing team. This role is suitable for recent graduates, career starters, or candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
You will work closely with and be mentored by our Senior Business Analyst, assisting with project coordination, requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, and communication between clients and our technical team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with gathering business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Take meeting notes and prepare project documentation.
- Create simple process flows and business requirements documents.
- Support website, CRM, and software implementation projects.
- Work with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure projects stay on track.
- Assist with testing and quality assurance.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Maintain project updates and reports.
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate or up to 3 years of experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to business analysis, project coordination, administration, or customer service roles.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of websites, software, or digital projects.

Pay: $62,500.00 – $82,500.00 per year
