We require a customer focused New Home Advisor, based in our either LEPPINGTON OR ORAN PARK Display Centres.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Qualifying leads and guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their new home from enquiry to contract
Managing both walk in and remote enquiries to convert high volumes
Delivering standout customer service—balancing budget, lifestyle, and timelines to achieve the needs of differing customers
Building strong networks with land agents, developers, brokers and community partners
Managing the full sales process and ensuring paperwork is clean, complete and timely; and
Taking pride in your display and being the go to expert for the region.

The successful candidate will have:

Proven success in new home or high value sales
A positive mindset and goal driven attitude—you're motivated by results
Confidence in managing customers through the entire build journey
Strong communication, organisation and tech savvy approach; and
A passion for helping families bring their dream homes to life.
Days off Tuesday / Wednesday or Thursday /Friday.

We have two new displays in our Oran Park Homeworld for you to show off our designs and products. The Metro 31 with Everest Façade (Designer Range) and Avanti 24 with Modern Façade (Freedom Range)

We also have two new displays in our Leppington Homeworld. The Vantage 38 (Designer Range) and the Marion 30 (Freedom Range).
