We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist who is self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn. You'll execute a wide variety of digital marketing initiatives to help support our Sales team and internal staff, including B2B lead generation, organic social and email content generation, data analytics and reporting, and more. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their skills quickly in a hands-on environment, working directly with the CMO and contributing to the success of two industry-leading businesses.

The Role

‍Key Responsibilities

If successful in this application, your key responsibilities will be:

Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
Social Media & Community: Create, schedule, and monitor social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit.
Email Marketing: Support the development of B2B email campaigns and automated email flows.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality written and visual content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Website Updates: Help maintain the Ingenuity website through CMS updates.
Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing KPIs (CTR, conversions, ROAS, engagement), prepare reports, and share insights with the CGO.
Coordination & Organisation: Manage day-to-day marketing tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns stay on track via ClickUp.
Learning & Growth: Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Minimum Criteria

About You

0–2 years of marketing experience, or relevant coursework/internship.
A self-starter who is motivated, curious, and eager to learn.
Strong interest in B2B marketing, including content creation, lead generation, social media, and brand development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, GA4, or Webflow is a plus (training provided).
Comfortable working independently while taking direction directly from the CMO.
