The Role
We’re seeking a Bell Services Captain to lead driveway operations at Crown Sydney. In this fast-paced, guest-facing role, you’ll oversee valet, bell and door teams, ensuring smooth vehicle flow and exceptional arrival experiences.
Acting as the link between leadership and the frontline, you’ll coordinate guest arrivals, luggage handling and transport logistics, while maintaining a strong on-floor presence and supporting daily operations.
Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
Lead and support teams across valet, driveway and luggage operations
Manage vehicle flow and ensure safe, efficient guest arrivals/departures
Coordinate VIP and group movements, transport and logistics
Partner with Front Office and hotel teams for seamless service delivery
Coach and develop team members to deliver five-star service
About you
You’re a confident leader with a genuine passion for service excellence and guest experience. You bring strong operational awareness, high attention to detail and the ability to coordinate a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.
You will also bring:
Experience in hotel guest services, valet or front office supervision
Strong leadership in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and guest focus
Unrestricted NSW manual driver’s licence (essential)
To be considered, you must hold an unrestricted NSW driver’s licence with a clean record. As we operate 24/7, you’ll need full availability across a Monday–Sunday roster.
