Job Description

Tsavo Wellness is seeking a reliable, well-presented and organised team member to support our front desk, client experience and daily wellness operations.

This role is ideal for a university student looking to gain experience in client service, sales, operations and premium wellness environments within a professional setting.

Weekend availability is essential.

About Tsavo

Tsavo Wellness is a recovery, longevity and wellness optimisation centre offering services including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy and cryotherapy.

We are a calm, professional and client-focused environment that values high standards, reliability and excellent presentation.

As a client-facing wellness environment, we value professionalism, excellent personal presentation and individuals who naturally align with a health-conscious lifestyle.

The Role

You will assist with daily front-of-house operations including:

Welcoming and checking in clients
Managing bookings and appointment flow
Preparing wellness rooms and maintaining presentation standards
Supporting client experience throughout the day
Assisting with wellness service operations (training provided)
Confidently discussing and recommending services, memberships and wellness packages
Supporting package and membership sales
Laundry, cleaning and operational reset tasks

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who is:

Reliable and punctual
Professionally presented and well spoken
Calm, organised and able to multitask
Friendly and confident with clients
Comfortable working independently
Fast learning and proactive
Comfortable discussing services and recommending packages to clients
Interested in health, wellness, skin or aesthetic treatments

Students studying the following are encouraged to apply:

Previous experience in reception, aesthetic clinics, skin clinics, beauty, fitness, retail, customer service or sales is highly regarded but not essential.
