A Principal Product Manager at Atlassian is a senior leadership role focused on shaping product strategy, driving key initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams to build, launch, and grow complex software features or entire product areas. Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Vision

Define the long-term vision and strategy for a major product or product line.

Use market insights and customer feedback to formulate a compelling roadmap.

Typical Qualification:

Comfortable working across global teams and product domains.
