Counsellor Level 1/2: $38.51 - $54.94 per hour
Psychologist: $40.57 - $59.38 per hour
Occupational Therapist or Social Worker Level 1/2: $38.51 - $54.94 per hour

The Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District Alcohol and Other Drugs service offers free, non-judgemental services and treatments for drug and/or alcohol use, including information and support for families. Our service offers specialist drug and alcohol doctors, nurses and allied health staff who respect the client's right to choose from a range of treatments offered with our services underpinned by a philosophy of harm reduction.
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled and motivated Community Drug & Alcohol Service (CDAS) Clinician to join the multidisciplinary team based at Hawkesbury Community Health Centre.
In this community-based role, you will deliver evidence‑based alcohol and other drug (AOD) interventions to individuals experiencing substance use issues and related Psychosocial complexity. You will work collaboratively with consumers, families, and partner services to support recovery‑oriented, person‑centred care.
We are seeking a compassionate and capable Clinician who is committed to improving outcomes for people with substance use issues in a community setting. You value collaboration, reflective practice, and culturally safe care. This role will see you deliver comprehensive AOD assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, provide individual Counselling and relapse prevention strategies using evidence‑based approaches and work within a harm minimisation and recovery‑oriented framework.
