The Opportunity

Play a key role in delivering a high-performing workplace environment in our Sydney office.

At WSP, our Workplace team is responsible for creating safe, functional and high-quality office environments that support our people and clients. As a Workplace Assistant, you will be central to the day-to-day delivery of workplace services, ensuring our office operates efficiently and consistently to a high standard.

This role goes beyond traditional reception and administration. You will support a broad range of workplace services including front-of-house, facilities coordination, procurement, and office operations, working closely with the wider Workplace team to deliver a seamless experience across the business.

What You’ll Do

Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for staff, clients and visitors
Support the day-to-day operation of the office, ensuring it remains safe, functional and well-presented
Coordinate meeting rooms, events, catering and AV support
Manage workplace requests, enquiries and service desk tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Support facilities management activities including maintenance coordination, contractor access and workplace inspections
Manage office supplies, procurement and inventory
Assist with finance administration including purchase orders and invoice processing
Support security and access control processes, including staff and visitor access
Assist with workplace health, safety and compliance activities, including audits and emergency preparedness

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a workplace, facilities, hospitality or office coordination role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confidence using workplace technology and systems, including AV support
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
