Full Job Description

QUBIST PTY LTD is a well-established Project Management Consultancy firm seeking a Contract Administrator to administer and review contracts, negotiate variations on behalf of the organisation, and partner with project teams to deliver commercial and project outcomes.

Contract Administrator Role Profile:

Preparing, interpreting and administering contractual documentation, and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects and services on behalf of the organisation
Reviewing and managing variations to client contracts, ensuring that scope, commercial terms and project obligations are accurately captured and agreed
Reviewing supply chain contracts and subcontractor agreements to ensure compliance with the organisation's commercial and operational requirements
Addressing and resolving queries and disputes arising in connection with contracts, projects and services, and the parties affected by them
Maintaining accurate contract records, registers and supporting documentation throughout the contract lifecycle
Liaising with Project Managers and Engineering Professionals, clients and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved
Monitoring the performance of contractors and reporting on variations to purchase orders
Preparing and reviewing submissions, reports and correspondence relating to the organisation's contractual activities

Place of employment is Level 3, 439-441 Kent Street, Sydney, 2000.

The salary range for this position is $78,000 - $84,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.

An AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma plus one year experience; or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification, are the requirements for this position.

This is a full-time, permanent and ongoing position

Pay: $78,000.00 – $84,000.00 per year
