Marketing & Growth Lead

Casual · On-site · $28-40/hr depending on experience

CreatorFox is hiring a Marketing & Growth Lead to run our marketing across two fronts: our own agency, and The Artificial Organisation (TAO), our founders’ startup, which you’ll spend a big part of your time growing.

You’ll set strategy, create and ship content across channels, grow audiences, and keep our clients looked after. It’s a hands-on role for someone with real experience and a genuine track record of growing accounts. You’ll be in a small team where your work is visible and rewarded.

Who we are

CreatorFox is a digital marketing agency focusing on SEO, web, paid media, branding, and growth, working with clients across events, importing, professional services, and other growth-focused businesses. This is who you’re employed by, and our clients are part of your day-to-day.

TAO (The Artificial Organisation) is a startup founded by the same team: an operations platform that helps service businesses run more intelligently across email, calendar, CRM, quoting, invoicing, and everyday workflows. Growing TAO’s audience and brand is one of the biggest parts of this role.

Expect your time to split roughly evenly between TAO’s growth and CreatorFox’s own marketing and clients.

What you’ll own

Growing TAO (about half your time)

The content strategy and calendar for TAO across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Creating and shipping the work: posts, carousels, short-form video concepts and scripts, captions, and campaigns built to perform.
Turning a technically deep product (architecture, build progress, use cases, founder POV) into a clear story normal people care about.
The content pillars, audience angles, and channel strategy that compound TAO’s growth over time.

CreatorFox marketing and clients (the other half)

Planning and creating content for CreatorFox and its founder across channels.
Keeping client communication warm, clear, and professional, and helping keep deliverables on track.
Day-to-day account support, including sending invoices and following up.

Across both

Setting and hitting targets for audience growth, reach, engagement, and inbound interest (enquiries, waitlist sign-ups, leads).
Tracking what’s working, cutting what isn’t, and reporting progress clearly to the founders.

What we’re looking for

Required. Please don’t apply without these:

At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in content, growth, organic social, or digital marketing.
Proof you’ve grown an account. Real before/after numbers from accounts or campaigns you personally ran.
Excellent writing and a sharp instinct for what makes content land.
The ownership to run things without heavy supervision, and comfort working client-facing.
Fluency with modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity), used well across research, ideation, drafting, editing, and analysis, with your own judgment and taste on top.

Nice to have:

Experience marketing a technical, B2B, or SaaS product to a non-technical audience.
Paid media alongside organic.
