About the Role
TSA Riley is growing were looking for talented Associates & Senior Associates to join our Advisory team.
We work with government and private-sector clients to shape, plan and deliver major infrastructure and strategic investment initiatives across transport, health, education, justice, utilities, energy, water and social infrastructure sectors.
Our Advisory team supports clients across the entire project and infrastructure lifecycle — from early strategy and investment planning through to procurement, delivery, operational readiness and asset management.
This is an opportunity to work on high-profile and complex projects that influence how infrastructure and services are planned and delivered across NSW and nationally.
Depending on your level of experience, you will play a key role in leading workstreams, managing client relationships, mentoring team members and contributing to the growth of TSA Riley’s Advisory capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting or leading the development of business cases, strategic advice, feasibility studies and investment proposals.
- Assisting clients with program delivery, PMO, governance and implementation planning.
- Supporting procurement and transaction activities, including market engagement, tender processes and commercial evaluations.
- Undertaking and reviewing strategic, commercial, economic and financial analysis, including option assessment, cost-benefit analysis, risk and investment evaluation.
- Preparing high-quality reports, presentations and client deliverables that clearly communicate complex issues and recommendations.
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across government and industry.
- Contributing to business development activities, proposals and market engagement initiatives.
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
About You
- A degree in economics, commerce, finance, engineering, planning, public policy, law, project management or a related field.
- 8-15 years' experience in infrastructure advisory, management consulting, government, engineering advisory, commercial advisory, asset management or project/program environments.
- Experience contributing to or leading business cases, procurement activities, PMO functions, strategic advisory or investment planning activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong writing capability, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and practically.
- Experience working with government clients or regulated infrastructure sectors will be highly regarded.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with an interest in developing professionally and supporting others.
