About the role
An exciting opportunity exists to join BOQ Group’s team as a Mobile Banker in our Sydney CBD, where you’ll be the face of personal home lending and financial solutions across ME Bank.
You’ll support the delivery of the Groups Business Plan by turning leads into great customer outcomes, growing your portfolio, and exceeding acquisition targets.
This role is designed for those who can hit the ground running with an already established pipeline of community connections, leveraging your network to drive growth and customer advocacy.
You’ll manage the full customer journey—from initial appointment to settlement and beyond—while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
With autonomy to manage your schedule and flexibility to meet customers where they are, you’ll be empowered to make a real impact.

About You
You’re an experienced lender with a strong background in commercial and residential lending, already embedded in your local community and ready to bring your pipeline of leads from day one.
You thrive on building relationships that go beyond transactions, creating genuine value for customers and partners. Confident and engaging, you make complex financial matters simple and accessible, and your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to innovate and grow.
You’re self-driven, comfortable working independently, and passionate about outbound business development.
You’re a great communicator with a strong local network, ready to hit the ground running and promote the ME Bank brand with pride.
Your commitment to customer advocacy and your ability to turn relationships into results make you the ideal Mobile Banker for our team.
