We have an exciting opportunity for a Secretary to join our Litigation team in Sydney, working with Partner, Robyn Brewster.

More about the work

Liaising professionally via telephone with clients, courts, legal firms, and service providers to facilitate case progress and coordination.
Drafting a wide range of legal documents, including formal correspondence, court filings, briefs to Counsel and expert witnesses.
Managing filing efficiently, including electronic document handling, archiving, file closures, printing, and court submissions.
Processing monthly billing using Aderant or similar systems, and monthly client reporting.

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a litigated practice.
Proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering accurate, timely support to both clients and legal teams.
Ability to autonomously and thrive in a high-volume environment, managing competing deadlines with precision and attention to detail.
