ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Infrastructure and Projects Support Coordinator to join the JTMEC team, providing administrative coordination and operational support to our Infrastructure division.

This role plays a key part in supporting project delivery by coordinating administrative processes, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and providing guidance to site-based Administrators across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and support to Administrators across Infrastructure projects
Coordinate worker onboarding, ensuring all documentation and system requirements are completed prior to mobilisation
Maintain accurate project documentation, compliance records, and operational systems
Set up and manage worker profiles, ensuring licences, qualifications, and records are current
Liaise with Project Managers, Supervisors, HR, and HSE teams to ensure onboarding and compliance requirements are met
Track and maintain onboarding and site access documentation, including inductions and competencies
Support project teams with financial administration, including purchase orders, labour tracking, and invoices
Assist with project setup activities, including budgets and variations, in collaboration with Estimating and Operations
Liaise with Finance to ensure project financial processes are followed and documentation is complete
Contribute to a strong safety culture by complying with all health, safety, and environmental procedures and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have a varied skill set, including:

Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous)
Clear and professional communication skills
A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently
Current driver’s licence
Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and safety
