We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant & Repair Technician at our mobile phone and computer repair and retail store in Gordon, conveniently located just a 4-minute walk from the train station.

This position is offered on a part-time/casual basis, with weekday availability required.
We provide training and ongoing support; however, the successful applicant must be confident working independently, managing day-to-day responsibilities, and taking initiative when required. This role would suit someone who is reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working autonomously while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a mobile phone or computer repair shop (essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and well-presented
- Ability to work independently and confidently manage responsibilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Sound technical knowledge of mobile phones and computers
- Familiarity with social media and online platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google Business, etc.)
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with sales, enquiries, and general support
- Performing mobile phone and computer repairs
- Managing day-to-day store operations
- Handling phone enquiries and responding to emails
- Stocktaking and inventory management
- Data entry, paperwork, and administrative tasks
- General retail and office duties
- Assisting with local marketing activities, including flyer distribution
Training and ongoing support will be provided to the right candidate.
