AI is evolving rapidly, and the firm needs learning that keeps pace, clear, consistent and built for real-world application. Every impactful AI capability journey begins with intentional learning design and clear ownership of the end-to-end learner experience.
As the AI Learning Experience & Design Lead within our AI Learning team, you will own learning experience architecture across foundational, role-based and applied AI learning. You’ll translate capability priorities into structured pathways and engaging content, define success measures, and partner with the AI CoE, Risk, Technology, Learning Operations and other lines of service to embed learning into the flow of work and iterate quickly as tools and priorities evolve.

-
Lead learning experience (LX) design to ensure journeys are coherent, intuitive, and focused on application and impact — not just awareness.
-
Facilitate selectively and coordinate delivery of virtual and in‑person learning experiences, partnering with SMEs and facilitators to ensure quality and relevance.

-
Partner with Risk & Responsible AI, Firmwide Technology and LLTD teams to ensure content reflects current tools, policies and risk expectations.
-
Define and track meaningful learning success measures (participation, feedback, application) and drive continuous improvement through iteration and evidence‑based insights.
What we’re looking for:
-
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering scalable learning solutions (digital and/or facilitated), ideally within AI, technology, transformation or capability programs.
-
Strong learning design and curriculum architecture capability, able to think holistically about pathways, progression and coherence.
-
Confidence working in a complex, matrix environment with senior stakeholders and subject‑matter experts.
-
Strong collaboration skills, able to build trusted relationships across Learning, Risk, Technology and Line of Service stakeholders to deliver outcomes together.
-
Agile learning mindset, able to adapt learning approaches quickly as AI tools, use cases and firm priorities evolve.

-
Strong delivery orientation with attention to detail, structure and quality.
-
A data‑informed mindset, using insights and measurement to continuously lift learning impact.

-
Clear paths for career progression supported by continuous learning and leadership development.
-
Generous leave entitlements to support your work-life balance - including floating public holidays, birthday leave and ability to purchase additional leave on top of your four weeks.
