Salon Lane is recruiting for a dynamic Retail Operations Coordinator. The role would suit a dynamic, organised retail professional with an eye for detail and a passion for all things hair and beauty.

Hours: 30 per week
Days: Monday - Thursday
Location: Will need to be able to work between our St Leonards, Bondi Junction and Surry Hills locations.

With multiple sites in Sydney and Brisbane and more in the pipeline, Salon Lane provides a move-in-ready solution that not only gives hairdressers, beauty therapists and other industry professionals complete control over their business and profits but also a safe space and support network designed to empower them to become successful entrepreneurs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Work directly with the Retail Growth Manager to support retail operations and maximise retail product sales by creating a premium and exceptional retail experience for our member’s clients and walk-in consumers.
Manage and co-ordinate the day to day set up and back-of-house tasks for our 3 Sydney sites, as well as working closely with the Member Experience team to ensure retail processes and stock levels are working efficiently across all sites.
Receiving and managing incoming product orders.
Implement impactful visual merchandising and consistently update according to the promotional calendar.
Monitor store and salon consumable usage to ensure adequate supply.
Support with the planning, organisation and execution of retail store openings and events.
Perform and complete other additional projects, duties and assignments as required.

Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour
