The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for an experienced IT Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Qube Holdings IT team.

Role Location: Sydney
Role Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $80k - $85k

This role forms an integral part of the project team, responsible for administrative functions and providing support to the rest of the team. You will perform various administrative and clerical tasks by providing support relating to capital and operational expenditure requests, invoice processing, procurement and general support.

Key responsibilities

Liaising with vendors and suppliers on order status and priority
Hardware procurement including purchase order requests, record management and ordering online or directly with vendors
Processing of invoices, including preparing cost centre allocation, matching Capex and distributions
Capital expenditure management including form creation, approval process and file management
Travel management including flights and accommodation bookings
Completing administration tasks for IT Team.
Any other administrative duties as directed by Management.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;

A professional, personable and service focused attitude.
Excellent administrations skills and high attention to detail.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to communicate with a variety of people.
Quick learner with ability to adapt to new workplace, grasp new concepts, and retain information.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a demanding work environment.
Ability to work both in a team and autonomously with multiple tasks in a service focused environment.
Demonstrate reliability and consistency in the workplace.
Professional corporate presentation
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role.
