Gen 21 Pty Ltd is a dynamic construction and engineering firm dedicated to delivering robust and sustainable infrastructure. We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Civil Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of major civil projects, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and oversee civil construction operations, ensuring projects are safe, stable, and capable of withstanding environmental forces.
Conduct comprehensive site investigations, assess project risks, and analyze geological data, surveys, and maps to evaluate project feasibility.
Prepare detailed blueprints, working drawings, structural plans, and technical specifications using CAD software.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources while coordinating effectively with contractors, government agencies, and clients to meet key milestones.
Monitor construction quality and material usage, preparing detailed structural reports on project progress, cost management, and environmental impact.
Apply digital project management and modeling tools, including AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and MS Project, to support design coordination, scheduling, and project tracking.
Organize and direct site labor and resolve unforeseen design issues, structural problems, or site complications during the active construction phase.
Oversee site layout, grading, utility design, and erosion control, while securing necessary regulatory approvals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering is strictly required.
Minimum of 6+ years of proven professional experience overseeing site operations, preparing structural reports, and ensuring project compliance.
Advanced expertise in structural analysis, material science, and geotechnical surveying.
Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Project, and other design and modeling software.
Excellent communication skills , a strong belief in teamwork , punctuality , and high adaptability in fast-paced construction environments.
