We are seeking experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team across our our ABODE Bistro Bar, Banquets and IRD. This role is responsible for ensuring all guests are served in a timely and professional fashion in alignment with the departmental standards and the Company values.

The successful candidate will:

Great customer service skills – both face to face and over the telephone as you will be taking the orders as well as delivering them
Outgoing personality and a positive attitude
Great organisational skills
An ability to work independently and as part of our wider ABODE Bar: Bistro team
Previous experience in using POS systems
Must be flexible to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, late finishes, weekends and public holidays
Hold a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol
Hold a Food Basic Handler Certification (free to obtain)
Hold a Food Allergen Certification (free to obtain)
Visas welcome!

Ideally you will have:

A customer focus with great attention to detail
Passion for great customer service and a friendly personality
Ability to multitask and assist other sections when required
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a food and beverage environment
An understanding of beer, wine and cocktails is preferred
