About the role
We have an opportunity for a Executive Officer to be part of our Armed Response Command. The Executive Officer provides executive level administrative support to the Command/Business Unit and the management of administrative procedures relating to complaint and disciplinary matters.
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to be involved in the establishment of the new Armed Response Command.

Target Question 1:
The position provides executive support to the Command. Functions include the management of administrative procedures relating to Police complaints and disciplinary matters from assessment to completion, preparing Ministerial correspondence, commendation letters and other related correspondence whilst maintaining confidentiality, security and meeting strict deadlines. High level written communication and people skills are needed in the role. Using your relevant experience, outline how you meet the requirements for the role.
Target Question 2:
Please provide a recent example where you have had to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision, prioritising to meet multiple, competing deadlines in a high-volume environment. What skills and experience did you use? What was the result?
