Australia Sunlight Group Pty Ltd (ASG) is Queensland’s leading agricultural plastics recycling and processing specialist. Based in Swanbank, we transform agricultural plastic waste into high-quality recycled products and sustainable recycling solutions for local and international markets.

As a growing business in the recycling, manufacturing, and sustainability sectors, we are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist to support ASG’s brand growth, digital presence, and business development initiatives.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional to contribute across branding, digital marketing, stakeholder engagement, and business development activities. The successful candidate will help strengthen ASG’s market presence, promote our sustainability mission, and support relationships with industry and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing campaigns promoting ASG’s recycling services and recycled plastic products
Manage digital marketing channels, including website content, social media, and online advertising
Create promotional materials, presentations, and marketing content aligned with the company’s environmental mission
Support branding, lead generation, client engagement, and business development activities
Coordinate participation in trade shows, industry events, and sustainability forums
Liaise with government agencies, local councils, industry bodies, media partners, and external suppliers where required
Assist with proposals, partnership opportunities, and communication materials for stakeholders and collaborative projects
Conduct market research on recycling, manufacturing, agriculture, and sustainability industry trends
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and recommendations for improvement

About You

Proven experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing, preferably within recycling, manufacturing, sustainability, agriculture, or environmental industries
Relevant qualifications in marketing, business, communications, or a related field will be highly regarded
Strong understanding of branding, social media marketing, digital advertising, and content creation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience engaging with government stakeholders, grant applications, or partnership proposals will be highly regarded
Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
