The Role:
Best & less has an opportunity for a Part-Time Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Swan hill store. This is a part-time, ongoing position requiring availability across 4 days, Sunday to Wednesday and possibly late-night shopping trading on Thursdays.
As an integral member of the Swan Hill ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!

Your day will consist of:
- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
About you:
- Passionate about the customer experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in retail
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Flexible to work weekends and late night trade
- Desire to develop your career in retail into future leadership
This role is active and hands-on, with Besties spending most of their shift on their feet, assisting customers, restocking shelves, and keeping the store looking its best. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to switch between tasks quickly, and comfortable working in a busy, high-energy setting.
