About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide quality in-home aged care and disability support to help clients remain independent and connected to their community.
Your duties will include:
- Companionship and conversation
- Assistance with showering, dressing and grooming
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Transport to appointments, shopping and community activities
- Medication reminders and daily living support

About You
We’re looking for kind, caring, and reliable people who are passionate about helping others.
You’ll bring:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, caring attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred qualifications & requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability (preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Medication endorsement (advantageous) (if applicable)
- Reliable and insured vehicle with an unrestricted NSW Driver Licence
- National Police Check or NDIS Screening Check
- WWCC - Work with Children Check
