Full Job Description

Our Growing Accounting Public practice is seeking the services of an experienced Bookkeeper/Assistant Accountant; the role will be working with a portfolio of existing business clients to support the Accountants. This is an established growing practice where you will be given additional on-site training on a monthly basis to develop your skills & qualifications.
As Bookkeeper/Assistant Accountant you will support a wide range of bookkeeping tasks for a diverse range of clients in a growing business working closely with a the Accountants.

The role:

Assisting with monthly reporting (BAS, P&L, BS etc.)
Accounts Payable/Receivable, managing Payroll
Answering calls from Clients regarding enquiries
Support the Accountants & Senior Bookkeeper

The successful candidate will have:

Persian/Farsi spoken preferred
Prior bookkeeping/accounting experience is essential- 3 years ideally
Degree/qualification in relevant field i.e., Accounting, Finance is highly regarded
Experience supporting Payroll is essential
Solid experience using XERO
Great Client facing skills & enjoys client interaction
A team player approach in all you do.
Competent in Microsoft Excel,
Good working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products
