About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Team Leader to take the reins of our Claims Knowledge team, driving the quality, governance, and growth of knowledge content that keeps our people informed and our customers well-served.
Position Accountabilities
You'll be at the heart of our C&A Knowledge Program of Work, leading a high-performing team and ensuring our knowledge ecosystem runs smoothly, accurately, and strategically. Your day-to-day will include:

Leading and mentoring a team of knowledge professionals, fostering collaboration, growth, and a high-performance culture

Setting the standard by overseeing quality assurance processes and ensuring all knowledge content is accurate, well-structured, and fit for purpose

Driving performance with clear KPIs and team targets for content development, operational improvements, and team outcomes

Partnering with the Design & Delivery Leadership Team and C&A to prioritise workload and allocate resources across the portfolio

Oversee user access, administration, and vendor management for knowledge platforms, ensuring contractual obligations are met

Ensure Business Continuity Plans and operational incident processes are embedded and maintained across knowledge systems

Turning data into insight by overseeing reporting capabilities that track knowledge uptake, productivity, and compliance KPIs

Foster a community of practice within your team and contribute to the broader A&G knowledge cohort.
What experience you’ll bring;

Well-developed knowledge of Legislative, Regulatory, and Compliance obligations in the Financial Services regulatory (FSR) environment

Demonstrated expertise in technical writing principles, with the ability to guide teams in producing high-quality, accurate documentation

Proven experience leading knowledge teams, setting KPIs, delivering results, and building team capability

A solid understanding of insurance terminology and Claims processes

Hands-on experience with Verint KM Pro (HIYA) and Atlassian tools (Confluence, Hub & Jira)

Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills across multiple organisational functions
