The Opportunity
SEE Group are excited to be seeking experienced civil construction Site Supervisors to join our urban development division on upcoming projects in the Sunshine Coast region. These will be full-time positions in diverse and fast-paced projects that will see you manage or assist in managing the day-to-day on-site activities to deliver effective and cost-efficient project outcomes.

Responsibilities will include

Responsible and accountable for the effective programming of daily site works in accordance with the construction program, including any adjustments as they arise.
Responsible for project compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards.
Responsible and accountable for the coordination of employees, subcontractors, plant and equipment required for the projects. Provide advice, support and assistance to project staff in relation to any technical and/or complex problems that may arise during project life.
Monitor sub-contractors with a view to ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements.

Essential Skills and Attributes include

Background in Plant Operation, Construction and Delivery processes.
Proven management skills, practices and planning ability.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and maintaining focus on priorities.
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others.
