Sunshine Coast Gymnastics Academy (SCGA) is seeking an experienced and passionate Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) Coach to join our growing coaching team on Queensland's beautiful Sunshine Coast.
As our WAG programme continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated coach who is committed to developing athletes through the Intermediate and Higher Levels within a positive, athlete-centred environment.

Employment Type
This position is initially offered on a casual basis, with genuine opportunities to progress to part-time or full-time employment as our Women's Artistic Gymnastics programme continues to grow.
We are seeking coaches who are looking to build a long-term career with Sunshine Coast Gymnastics Academy and contribute to the ongoing development of our athletes and coaching programme.
About You
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Experience coaching Intermediate and/or Higher Level Women's Artistic Gymnastics.
- Excellent technical coaching knowledge.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for developing athletes both technically and personally.
- A positive, professional and collaborative approach.
- Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive and athlete-centred environment.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant Women's Artistic Gymnastics coaching accreditation.
- Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain before commencement).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
Desirable
- A demonstrated history of developing athletes through competitive pathways to State, National or International competition.
- Judge accreditation.
