The Role

This year at Ozdare, our focus is firmly on colour, with a strategic push behind our professional permanent and liquid colour ranges.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Consultant to lead growth for our 3 major brands (ELEVEN, K18 & Kevin Murphy) across Sunshine Coast and Far North Queensland. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our footprint and building strong customer relationships.

You will be responsible for:

Identifying new opportunities, opening new accounts, and growing existing business
Driving sales of our professional colour ranges, alongside styling and retail products
Prospecting and managing a robust sales pipeline, consistently closing deals
Educating and training clients to maximise their success with our products
Maintaining a structured monthly call cycle to ensure expectations are met and exceeded
Achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets, while ensuring compliance with trading terms and addressing outstanding payments
Regional and interstate travel as required

About You

Proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on acquiring new business
A passion for haircare, beauty, or professional sales is advantageous
Permanent residency and full working rights in Australia (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship)
Preferably experience within haircare; alternatively, experience in a similar industry
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills

Location & Work Rights

This role is based in the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Applicants must be currently residing in Australia and able to travel regionally and interstate as required (eg: Sales Conferences).
