Our Opportunity

We’re growing at Bribie Island due to an increase in practitioner hours and are looking for a Casual Dental Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure regular casual shifts in a welcoming coastal centre with a strong patient base and a close-knit team culture. There is also potential for the role to progress into a permanent opportunity for the right person as the centre continues to grow.

You’ll play an important role supporting our clinicians and helping deliver a smooth, positive patient experience every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Chairside assisting across a range of dental treatments
Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining sterilisation standards
Supporting patient flow and daily clinical operations
Assisting reception when required
Working collaboratively with dentists and the wider team

About You

You’re friendly, reliable and enjoy working in a team environment. Ideally, you’ll bring:

Experience as a Dental Assistant across chairside and sterilisation
Strong understanding of infection control protocols
Experience supporting a busy clinical environment
Confidence working across reception duties is highly regarded
A caring, patient-focused approach
Professionalism, teamwork and attention to detail
