Full Job Description

BARTENDER / BARISTA / STRONG SECTION SERVER

We're on the hunt for an experienced Bartender / Barista / Strong Section Server to join our growing team at STOA.

At STOA, we're passionate about creating exceptional experiences — from specialty coffee and all-day brunch to cocktails, tapas and unforgettable events. We're looking for a confident hospitality all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality and genuinely enjoys looking after people.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 2 years hospitality experience
Strong barista skills with experience in a fast-paced, high-volume coffee environment
Confident producing consistently high-quality coffee with strong milk texturing and latte art skills
Confident behind the bar with cocktail, beer and wine knowledge
Strong section waiter with excellent customer service skills
Comfortable moving between coffee, bar and floor service when required
Ability to multitask and remain calm and organised during busy service
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
Positive attitude and a genuine team-first mentality
Current RSA (essential)

Availability:

✔ Friday and Saturday nights are required
✔ Additional weekday and weekend shifts available for the right person
✔ Flexibility across both day and evening service is highly regarded
