Gaming Attendant – Club Kawana
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Gaming Attendant to join our friendly team at one of the Sunshine Coast’s premier bowls clubs.
With 120 gaming machines, a busy hospitality environment, and a strong community focus, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests.
About the Role
As a Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service across our gaming floor while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and club procedures.
Key duties include:
- Assisting patrons on the gaming floor
- Delivering friendly and professional customer service
- Processing payouts and handling gaming machine enquiries
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Monitoring responsible gaming practices
- Working collaboratively with the wider club team
- General bar and floor service duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A positive and energetic attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for customer service
- Previous gaming, bar, or hospitality experience preferred
- Current RSA and RSG certificates
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Reliability and strong teamwork skills
