Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our pharmacy team on a casual basis. This position is ideal for individuals who are interested in gaining experience in a healthcare and retail environment. Previous experience in pharmacy is preferred but not essential.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries
Processing sales and handling transactions accurately
Replenishing stock and maintaining merchandising displays
Supporting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with daily operations
Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant work environment
Assisting with stock control and inventory management

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous pharmacy experience is desirable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
