YOU:
You are self-motivated with a strong team focus and have great communication skills along with exceptional customer service skills. Although you are a hands-on, energetic team player you can also work autonomously and take initiative to get the job done. You are a fast learner with good computer skills and have a willingness to advance in this field. You are confident and presentable and have a proactive approach to sales and upselling.
Minimum skill requirements:
- Current plumber, drainer or a Cert 3 in civil pipe laying
- Must have current drivers licence
- White / blue card
- Other construction industry qualifications/tickets will be highly regarded
- Customer service experience
- Good computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to learn and progress with the company
- Presentable and confidant
- Motivated and fast learner
- Reading long sections
- Shooting heights
Experience in a similar role would be advantageous however training will be provided for the right applicants that are willing to apply themselves.
THE BUSINESS & ROLE:
We are a young & upcoming Civil business which are evolving to set a new standard in the Civil arena. There will be opportunity to move into a management role for the right applicant.
As our Civil pipe layer, your role will involve but not be limited to:
- Reading & Following Plans
- Jobs completed correctly and On time
- Ordering Materials
- Following safety process's
- Working as a team
- Communicating with Clients & Team members
- Weekly management meetings/toolbox.
- Attend Professional Development courses

Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour
