Background:

Nesto Car Sunshine Coast Pty Ltd is an automotive mechanical workshop based in Kunda Park, Queensland. The company provides mechanical servicing, diagnostics, repairs, roadworthy inspections and general automotive services. The business operates in a structured and high-volume environment requiring efficient coordination of administrative and operational functions.

Position Title: Office Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Workshop Owner / Director

Position Overview:

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow coordination, financial administration, supplier management and overall business support.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily office operations, including workflow scheduling and administrative processes.
Manage financial administration including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and expense tracking.
Coordinate procurement of parts, tyres and workshop supplies, ensuring availability for scheduled services.
Maintain and control business records, service documentation and financial data.
Liaise with workshop staff and external service providers to ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor workflow efficiency and implement improvements to administrative processes.

Requirements:

AQF Diploma in Business or higher qualification, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office management or administration.
Strong organisational, financial administration and operational coordination skills.

Annual Salary: AUD $76,515.00 + superannuation

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week

Pay: $76,515.00 per year

Work Location: In person
